HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS AND HOW DO WE MEET?
Astrology readings are 90 minutes, coaching sessions are 60 minutes; conducted via Zoom.
Is coaching a substitute for Therapy?
No, coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical, or other qualified professionals. Coaches empower their clients to activate their own potential, which is already within them. If you are not at a place where you’re generally able to function daily, or have been depressed for a long time and are feeling hopeless, therapy is a better fit for you. What is your education and training?
The container and intensive options are great for clients who are looking for the most powerful transformative option. In either 1-month or 3-month containers, I hold space for your personal transformation over time. We intentionally work slowly to integrate change into the body. This option is for those who wish to make the most impactful change and receive direct support from me in between sessions over 1 or 3 months.
The standard 1:1 coaching sessions are a great option for those who want to focus on one goal and gain insight and clarity on blocks the that need to be integrated to facilitate their growth. It works great if you don't have the option to commit to 1 or 3 months of intensive transformation, but you still want to effect impactful change in your life.
What is the difference between working in a container/intensive and a single session?
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. Everything shared during our sessions is treated as confidential. Your privacy and trust are essential to this work.
What if I want a full birth chart reading and coaching?
You can purchase a full birth chart reading and a coaching session separately (2 sessions). Or you can work with me in a 1-month container or a 3-month intensive. These options provide containers that support growth and integration over time.

Astrology is NOT a requirement to work with me as a coach. While it can be a valuable tool to support the coaching process, it never replaces your own choice or agency. If you choose not to use astrology, my work as a coach remains fully relevant and effective.
