Most Money Mindset Work Gives You Pieces of the Puzzle; This Is the Full Picture

This is Part Two of a three-part series. Read Part One here to ensure you are getting the full practice. Part Three is the final in the series.

This is the part where it gets a little woo. And I say that because I know how it sounds. The word “energy” gets thrown around so much in certain spaces that it has almost lost its meaning. But stay with me, because this is not that.

This is part two of a series, and if you skipped part one, go back. The reason energy work fails most people is not because it does not work. It is because they start here. They jump straight to frequency, visualization, and attracting money without ever doing the root work first. You cannot shift your energy around money and create an abundance mindset when you are still broadcasting beliefs that contradict it. Part one was the root. This is what you build on top of it.

Energy work gets a bad reputation because it bypasses the root entirely. It jumps straight to manifesting without ever asking what is actually running in the background. And that is why it does not work for most people.

This is about understanding the actual potential of the human body to generate energy through your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions, and how that energy directly informs your external reality. Quantum physics has shown us that matter changes when it is observed. What that means for you is that your thoughts, feelings, and emotions are not passive experiences. They are active forces shaping your physical reality. The human body has extraordinary technology to create. It is time we start using it intentionally.

You Did Not Create These Beliefs. But You Get to Decide What Replaces Them

So you have done the work from part one. You have written the phrases, identified the beliefs, and can see where they came from. Now what?

Now you find the truth.

Those beliefs you identified were formed in a moment. A moment when you were young, when you did not have the context or the perspective to question what you were absorbing. They felt true then. They are not true now. And the next step is to sit with each one and ask: if this is not true, what is?

Here is an example from my own work. One of the beliefs I uncovered was that I do not just receive things. That I have to work really hard for everything I want, that I might get it or I might not, and that I do not deserve to just receive things because I exist. The truth I came back to was this: my soul is divine and abundant. I am a fractal of the universe. And by way of my very existence, I am worthy to receive. I am worthy of overflow. I am worthy because I am.

Go through every belief you wrote down and do the same. What is the actual truth? If it is not true that you will never be able to afford to travel or experience the world, what is true? Maybe the truth is that your soul came here for connection and experience, and the very fact that you crave those things means you are worthy of having the resources to access them. If it is not true that money is shameful or that having it makes you a bad person, what is true? Maybe the truth is that you are an inherently good human being who does not have to hide to be accepted.

Go in that direction. Get specific. Get elevated.

Now, some of this might sound a little ridiculous. I understand that. But here is what I want you to consider. We are so deeply programmed to focus on what is wrong, on what is missing, on what is not working, that we rarely just stop and feel into what is incredible and divine about who we are. That muscle is underdeveloped in most of us. And developing it is part of the work.

If you sit down to do this and you feel frustrated, or it feels stupid, or you feel completely stuck, do not skip over that. That is not resistance to the exercise. That is more belief underneath. Get curious about it. What is the frustration trying to tell you? What does it want you to know? What belief is it attached to? Sit with it, and if it is too much, move on to the next one and come back.

If you used the Reframe guide from part one, you have already done this. The guide walks you through creating the counter belief automatically so you may already have your truth statements sitting right there waiting for you.

What you are doing here is not just creating a new thought. You are creating a new neural pathway. The more you return to the truth, the more your brain defaults to it. And over time, those old beliefs do not disappear entirely, they just stop running the show. They become small. Irrelevant. They exist as lessons, as part of your story, but they no longer have any authority over your reality.

Stop Reaching for Money. Start Feeling Like You Already Have It.

Here is where most people get tripped up. When you want something you do not yet have, your focus lands on the wanting. On reaching. On the gap between where you are and where you want to be. And what that does energetically is keep you in a state of not having it. You are broadcasting “not having the thing” while trying to call in abundance. And the universe delivers without bias exactly what you are broadcasting.

The shift is this: you have to feel as if you already have it.

Now I know how that sounds, especially if you are sitting in an apartment you do not want, driving a car you do not want, working a job you do not want. How do you feel abundant when the evidence around you says otherwise? This is where neuroscience actually backs up what the energy work has been saying. The brain does not know the difference between something that is actually happening and something you are vividly imagining. A daydream creates the same chemical reactions in the body as a real experience. The same thoughts, the same feelings, the same emotions. Which means when you sit with your eyes closed and genuinely feel into the version of your life you are calling in, your body starts to respond as if it is already real.

That is not delusion. That is neurological rewiring.

And honestly, a little delusion goes a long way. Some of the people you know who seem to call things in effortlessly are the ones who just fully believe in what they are building before they have any evidence for it. They are not delusional; they are just practicing this without knowing it.

Close your eyes. Find the version of you that is on the vacation, waking up to work they love, checking a bank account that does not make their nervous system contract. Feel into that version of you completely. The feeling in your body, the ease. And when you are there, feel the gratitude for it as if it is already yours. That gratitude is the signal. That is what tells your energy system that this is real, that this is available, that this is the frequency you are now operating from.

What you are not doing here is bypassing your feelings. That is why we did the work in part one first. When conflicting thoughts, beliefs, or emotions surface during this practice, do not push them aside. They are information. They are the next string to pull on. Note them, get curious, and keep going.

Five Minutes a Day Is All It Takes to Start Rewiring Your Reality.

This does not have to be a big production. I want to be clear about that, especially for anyone out there with heavy Saturn energy, Capricorn placements, *cough – Virgo – cough* I am talking to you all. Start small with a new habit so that you don’t feel like it’s a second job and overwhelming. The goal is not to add another item to your to-do list. The goal is to make this a way of being. Be realistic about how often you can commit to this, and then slowly, over time, expand your practice when you are ready. The synchronicities you will start to experience in life will inspire you to expand this practice over time.

Here is what it can look like. Five minutes in the morning. Maybe you are sitting outside with your coffee. Maybe you are still in bed. You take a few minutes to sit with the truth statements you created, to feel into the version of you that already has what you are calling in, and to move your energy intentionally in the direction of what you want. That is it. Dr. Joe Dispenza has guided meditations on this practice. If a guided meditation is not your thing, just put on something that makes you feel good and sit with it for five minutes. Let it be simple.

What you are doing in those five minutes is training your body and mind to enter a different state of being. And that state of being creates a different frequency. And that frequency is what starts attracting your reality in. This is not a metaphor. This is how it works. The more consistently you return to that state, the more your body learns it as a default. You are literally rewiring the system from the inside.

Over time, you will find that you start wanting more of this. You begin at five minutes, and it extends naturally to ten, then fifteen, then twenty, because you prefer to be in that state. Your body starts to regulate. You sleep better. You feel less physical stress. Being in that state of coherence between your heart and your brain feels good, and your body starts to seek it out.

If Money Were Your Partner, Would It Like How You Regard It?

Now that you are starting to shift your energy around money, there is something important to understand about how money actually moves. And this is where a lot of people get tripped up, even after they have done the inner work.

Money is an energy. And like all energy, it moves in both directions. It comes in and it goes out. And you have to be able to hold both.

Here is what hoarding looks like energetically. You start to call in more money. Your account grows. You have what you need and more. And then the fear kicks in. What if I lose it? What if I need it? I have to save it. I cannot spend it. And so you grip it. You buy off the sale rack even though you can afford more. You feel guilty every time you make a purchase. You say no to things that would genuinely improve your life because spending the money feels dangerous. That contraction, that gripping, is the same energy as lack. You are focused on not losing the thing, which means your energy is on losing it, which means you are broadcasting scarcity even while the money is sitting right there in your account. Disclaimer: I am not your financial advisor, nor do I give financial advice. Only you know if you have enough to make a purchase, and you have to do your due diligence to make that decision. I cannot do it for you.

We are talking about having plenty, having overflow. The flow requires that you are able to let money move and spend it without guilt, without stress, without contraction. When you make a purchase that is aligned, and you can more than afford it, you do it from a calm and centered place, and you let it go cleanly.

Think about it like a garden. If you are not watering it, it dies. The flow of money in and out is how you water the energy. Giving, spending, investing in yourself and your life, these are not losses. They are part of the flow.

This can also look like generosity. If you have overflow and someone in your life genuinely needs support, you give it freely. Not from a place of fear that if you do not give, the money will stop coming. From a place of genuine connection to your own abundance and knowing that what you give, will return. That is a completely different energy, and your body knows the difference.

The way I like to think about this is as a relationship. What is your actual relationship with money right now? Are you afraid of it? Do you secretly resent it? Do you feel guilty when you have it and ashamed when you do not? When you think about money does your body feel open and easy or does it contract? Track those sensations. Sit with them. Ask them what they want you to know. Because your relationship with money is telling you everything about the energy you are currently broadcasting around it. (More on the body in part 3).

And if money was your partner, would that partner want to be around you if that was how you regarded them? I am not implying money has feelings. This is just an analogy. But it helps to keep you in the right headspace.

Debt Does Not Make You Irresponsible. Your Shame Around It Might Be Costing You More.

Let us talk about debt. Because it is an important part of the full picture, and I do not want to skip over it.

As you start calling in more money, spending more freely, and expanding your life, you may find that you also acquire debt along the way. Or, maybe you already have debt. And being able to hold the energy of debt from a different framework is going to matter both energetically and in your body. Especially if you already have it.

There is a negative stigma attached to debt in our society. Debt is bad. You must pay it all off. If you are carrying any debt, you are somehow failing or irresponsible. And, as with everything else we have talked about in this series, that is a program. It is not a universal truth. It is a belief that was handed to you.

Now, everyone is going to have their own relationship with debt and what feels right for them. Some people are comfortable carrying a mortgage, a car payment, a loan. Some people want everything paid to zero and will not make a purchase until they can pay cash. Some people move in and out of debt depending on where they are in life. All of that is valid. Only you know what is right for you, and I am not here to tell you what to do with your money.

What I am here to talk about is the energy of it. Because if you are contracting every time you think about your debt, if you are feeling shame around it, guilt around it, or like it defines your worth, that contraction is the problem. Not the debt itself. The contraction is what keeps you focused on lack, on what you owe, on what you do not have. And that is what your energy is going to keep building around. When you contract around debt, you are also inviting in every negative thought and belief about your worth and your financial situation that is attached to it. And those are the beliefs shaping your reality.

The universe does not know what debt is. It does not understand the concept. All it sees is money in and money out. When you take out a loan, you are buying something, paying some interest, and making payments on it. That is the transaction. The shame, the guilt, the story that you are irresponsible or out of control, those are not facts. Those are the program talking. If you decide to take out a loan, do it from a grounded place. Accept it all, interest, payments, all of it.

Here is how I think about debt. It is an investment in a future version of me. It is the cost of accessing something I want now that I will pay for over time. I make my payments. When the payments are done, the debt is cleared. And if I need to take out another loan, I do so from a calm, grounded place, with a clear understanding of what I am agreeing to.

I have made purchases in my life now that a younger version of me could not have even fathomed. And I make them without guilt, without contraction, without the story that doing so makes me irresponsible or out of control. I check in with my body. I ask if this feels aligned. And when it does, I make the decision from my inner knowing, not from fear.

The goal is not to go out and rack up debt irresponsibly or take on interest you cannot sustain. Use your common sense. The goal is to reframe what debt means. It is not evidence that you are bad with money. It is not proof that you are not enough. It is simply a financial tool, and how you relate to it energetically is entirely up to you.

How to Stop Negative Emotions From Dominating Your Energy.

There is one more thing I want to address before we close out this post. And it is about what happens when you start to see the money program clearly. Remember the fear-based programming around money I brought up in part one? Let’s make sure you aren’t falling into the hold of resentment over it.

When you begin to understand how deeply this program runs, you might feel angry. You might feel sad, hurt, or betrayed. Those feelings are valid. Let them move through you. Do not ignore them and do not bypass them. But do not let them become you either. Because if you stay in that anger, if you keep your focus on what is wrong and what is unfair and what was created without your permission, you are feeding that energy. And where your focus goes, energy flows. (See image above)

There are a lot of changes happening in our world right now. Paradigms are shifting. Frequencies are shifting. Entire realities are being rearranged. And you are a part of that. One way to ensure you are part of ushering in the new is to take an objective approach to what you do not like. Not ignoring it. Not pretending it’s not real. But choosing not to become the anger or the fear. Because if your energy is consumed by what is wrong with the old world, your reality is going to keep returning evidence of everything that is wrong with it. You understand what I am saying. Where your focus goes, energy flows.

Objectively, yes, some things are wrong and some things are right. But at the end of the day, what do we really know? We have our perspectives as humans. And we don’t know what we don’t know. We are being told things in reality that at this point in our technological advancements, may or may not be true. What we have control over is ourselves. What we can actually master is our energy. And if that energy is pointed toward abundance, toward clarity, toward worthiness, flow, and love, that is the reality you are going to start building.

The goal is to become an objective observer. Not to spiritually bypass what is real. But to see the program clearly without getting lost inside of it. (We will work on processing emotions in the body in Part 3.)

Here is a practice that helps – we will use the example of the fear-based money program I discussed in Part 1. You can use this practice to center your energy around anything that is consuming your emotional state.

Close your eyes and imagine the old money program taking up the entire room. The fear, the lack, the compliance, all of it sitting there consuming every bit of available space. Observe it. You are not judging it. You are not making it wrong. You are just seeing it for what it is. Now take your hands and place them on either side of it. Your hands have no limits here. Reach as wide as you need to. And then slowly, with nothing more than your intention, begin to squeeze it down. Smaller and smaller until it is tiny. And then move it to the side.

It does not disappear. It still exists as part of your story and part of the collective. But it is no longer taking up all of the space. And now observe what is available in the room. The energy of abundance, of flow, of worthiness. It was always there. You just cleared the drain. You are connecting to your higher awareness, your higher level of consciousness. You are understanding reality from a different perspective and a higher level of consciousness.

That is the shift. Not fighting the old paradigm. Not pretending it does not exist. Just making it smaller so that we have more access to our true soul. The fractal of God, Source, the Universe, whatever word works for you. The more you get lost in the polarity and in the righteousness, the more your reality will become full of polarities that prove you are the righteous one. (Never forget divide and conquer is happening very loudly on the world stage.)

Part Three Is Coming: The Body

In the spirit of building new neural pathways, let’s revisit everything we have learned from part one and part two thus far. In part one we traced the root of where your money beliefs actually came from. The inherited stories, the childhood conclusions, the subconscious programming that has been running your financial reality without your awareness. In part two we moved into the energy of it. How to find the truth beneath the belief, how to feel as if you already have what you are calling in, how to build a daily practice that trains your body and mind into a new frequency, and how to relate to money as an energy that flows freely rather than something to grip or fear.

The “grip or fear” leads into the most important part of the work of change: the body. All of this work, the reframing, the visualization, the daily practice, it has to land somewhere. And that somewhere is your body. Without the body on board, the nervous system won’t allow you to hold the new reality. You can do every exercise in this series and still find yourself cycling back to the same patterns, because the belief is not just living in your mind. It is living in your nervous system, in your cells, in the physical shape your body has taken on in order to survive. That is what part three is about. Part three is the most important part of this series. Stay tuned.
